Managers must create and sustain an effective culture in the organisation&#8217;s best interests. Organisational culture should be cultivated in such a way that it aids in the retention, development, and growth of talent. Leaders must be open about their own learning, development, and sharing of requirements. When leaders are shown to be learning, they are at their most potent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bridging-the-talent-gap-the-importance-of-learning-management-system\">Bridging
