Requirements<\/strong>
\nWe are looking for a dynamic UI\/UX designer who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital products. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness and exceptional visual design.<\/p>\n

Understand our existing design system and build further on it.<\/p>\n

Note : We would prefer candidates who can also implement those design into working HTML,CSS, JS<\/p>\n

Qualification<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Bachelor’s \/ Master degree in UI\/UX design.
\n\u2022 Relevant & proven \/ certified experience in UI \/ UX design<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Solid understanding of mobile design principles, including Material Design (Android) and Human Interface Guidelines (iOS).
\n\u2022 Proven experience as a UI\/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web \/ mobile application design projects.

\n\u2022 Use sitemaps, process flows, and storyboards to illustrate design ideas.
\n\u2022 Design graphic UI elements such as tabs, widgets and menus and good with animations.
\n\u2022 Develop and conceptualize UI\/UX design strategies for the brand.
\n\u2022 Produce high-quality UX designs using wireframes, flow diagrams, graphic and visual design, sitemaps, prototypes, and storyboards
\n\u2022 Design UI elements, such as search boxes, navigation menus, widgets, and tabs, for the company\u2019s digital assets using various UI\/UX tools.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Good to Have Skills”]\u2022 Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
\n\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field preferred.
\n\u2022 Test UI elements, such as banners, CTAs, page designs, page layouts, target links, and page flows, for landing pages.
\n\u2022 Collaborate with the management, development and marketing team to make sure that tailor-made content is being created and delivered to the digital users. Attend meetings and presentations for design and business strategy.
\n\u2022 Advice and guide the implementation of UX research methods and tests to ensure proper prediction and analysis of user behavior.
\n\u2022 Adhere to graphic design and typography style standards.
\n\u2022 Research various kinds of things from mobile usage analytics to trend spotting. See what is working with the users and what is not. Every bit of information that can help improve the product is crucial.
\n\u2022 Run analytics on questionnaire responses, field studies, interviews, etc. They are responsible for finding out ways to understand the users
\n\u2022 Conduct observational research; observe sample users\u2019 interaction with the product. Design the user experience and interface keeping the user needs in min[\/vc_toggle][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
