It was important to make their employees comply with the Principles of Business ethics Code and UK anti bribery act. Given the large scale of operation of the organization it was very difficult to make the compliance document available to everybody and to take their signatures on the acceptance form. To address this problem they needed a system through which the employees could record the acceptance with policies from wherever they are posted.
